Having Trouble Signing in?

• B Connect usernames ending in @alumni.brandeis.edu are now disabled. If you have not already registered for your new username account ending in @brandeis.edu, please click here.
• If you forgot your Brandeis username or password, the Brandeis self-service Account Tools are available 24/7. 
• The username and password are case-sensitive and should be entered without @brandeis.edu.

Not Receiving Emails?

• Brandeis may not have an email for you or Brandeis may not have the most recent email for you. Login to your B Connect Profile and update your emails and subscription preferences. If you have not already registered for your Brandeis username account ending in @brandeis.edu, please click here.
• You may have previously unsubscribed from Brandeis emails. Login to your B Connect Profile and update your emails and subscription preferences. If you have not already registered for your Brandeis username account ending in @brandeis.edu, please click here.
• Check your Spam folder to make sure Brandeis email isn't arriving there by mistake. Using the spam/junk mail function may block messages from being sent to your Inbox. 
• Check with your email server/service provider. Recipient email servers may reject Brandeis messages for a variety of reasons, including identifying the email as Spam, and the email will not be delivered to your Inbox. The emails will be rejected and discarded at the email server level and likely never appear in your Spam folder.
