The first hundred days at a brand-new job play a major role in shaping the success of your whole career. Your on-the-job competence will always be important, but you also have to manage complex work relationships, personal branding, and the tangible results you deliver. If you fail in these areas, you may be able to recover later—but it’s going to be hard.

In this webinar, Jeffrey Tarter '65 will describe five critical “moments of truth” that you'll encounter during your first hundred days on the job, and how to tackle them so you can start demonstrating your full potential as a star performer right from day one.

All members of the Brandeis community are welcome to attend this webinar, sponsored by the Hiatt Career Center at Brandeis University. For your convenience, all webinars are archived online for viewing 24-7.
