Anna Aerbach '05 is a proud Brandeis alum and the co-founder and co-CEO of Werk, the go-to destination for flexible work opportunities for ambitious women. Werk aims to fix the leadership pipeline where it is most broken: at or before opt out. By pre-negotiating flexibility for leadership track roles, Werk creates greater work life compatibility, advancing women to the highest ranks of leadership over time. Prior to Werk, Anna was a strategy consultant for 10+ years, most recently as the COO of a philanthropy catalyst firm. She began her career at McKinsey & Co. Anna has an MBA from Harvard Business School and currently lives in New York City.
