This webinar will focus on reframing old conversations about work-life balance into a more strategic approach to work-life compatibility. Anna Auerbach '05, co-founder and co-CEO of Werk, will discuss how to advocate and negotiate for flexibility by demonstrating the value proposition to the business. She will also talk about how her startup sources and aggregates flexible, leadership track work.

About the presenter:
Anna Aerbach '05 is a proud Brandeis alum and the co-founder and co-CEO of Werk, the go-to destination for flexible work opportunities for ambitious women. Werk aims to fix the leadership pipeline where it is most broken: at or before opt out. By pre-negotiating flexibility for leadership track roles​, Werk creates greater work life compatibility, advancing women to the highest ranks of leadership over time. Prior to Werk, Anna was a strategy consultant for 10+ years, most recently as the COO of a philanthropy catalyst firm. She began her career at McKinsey & Co. Anna has an MBA from Harvard Business School and currently lives in New York City.
