Wednesday, May 3, 5:30-7:30 p.m.
Elder Hall, 3929 NE Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Portland, OR
Join alumni and friends for a wine tasting at Elder Hall, featuring Phyllis Rodgers '67
In 1997, Phyllis and her husband, Barry, bought a derelict cattle ranch in Healdsburg, California, and turned it into an award-winning winery and beautiful estate. Joined at times by both of their daughters, together they operated Chateau Felice, a restaurant named Chez Felice and tasting rooms in various locations over a period of 13 years.
Phyllis will share her insights on the complex experience of developing and operating a winery and vineyard, while offering tastings of wines they produced.
Event chair: Brian Weaver, MFA'08
Admission is $20 per person.
Pre-payment is required.
Admission includes the wine tasting, complimentary appetizers and dessert.
